Pixar makes you re-live your world in a 'car-ified' form, yet again!

Most of us grow up watching cartoons and animated flicks amongst a host of other things. While many try to keep the child in them alive and still enjoy watching childhood entertainers like Tom, Jerry, Mickey, Donald and many more, seldom does an adult look forward to watching an animated flick on the big screen – unless of course, you have a kid nagging you to do so.
But the ‘Cars’ franchise is different. Apart from being a ‘cartoon’ film, the original Cars had much more to offer. The fact that it made us re-live our world in a car-ified form was something that appealed to many. Seeing your four-wheeled objects of desire coming to life and gelling in the world just the way you would with friends and family caught everyone’s fantasy.

Cars 2 has a similar take on things. But this time around, instead of sticking to the American soil, the franchise has gone worldwide. There are two sides to the story – one which revolves around a fictional World Grand Prix which has racers from all over the world and from all sorts of racing disciplines, gunning for the World Championship trophy – and the second is that of our good ol’ friend Mater who gets involved in an international espionage conspiracy in typical Bollywood Masala style.
