We take a look at Aston Martin and Zagato's love children - the DB4 GT and the V12 racecars

Aston Martin is not a new name for someone who even remotely associates to automobiles. And even if that someone isn’t too familiar with such legendary automotive brands, a certain special agent 007 is sure to have introduced the Aston Martin brand to the masses. While the Astons have set pulses racing for many decades, thanks to their brawly engines, there has been a design house called Zagato which has been building cars so gorgeous that many still search for jaws that they dropped in awe!
Little has been talked though, about the Aston Martin and Zagato love affair that has bloomed for over fifty years now. We are not here to talk about that affair either. Instead, we are more interested in the Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato that it spawned in the 1960s and its reincarnation, the Aston Martin V12 Zagato, which was recently shown at the Villa D'Este Concours.
