The three-only examples of the Aventador based hypercar have already found buyers.

Within a day after making its online debut, Lamborghini’s latest and meanest hypercar, the Veneno has been revealed at the ongoing 2013 Geneva Motor Show. Based on the company’s current flagship model the Aventador, the Veneno has been built to celebrate Lamborghini’s 50 years of existence.
The name, Veneno, comes from an exotic breed of a fighting bull which happens to be the most aggressive breed of bulls. Although powered by the same 6.5 litre fire breathing V12 engine from the Aventador, the power output for the Veneno is up from the former’s 690 to 740PS. The top speed too is slightly higher at 355 kmph!
With only three units listed to be built and sold (and they have already found buyers, by the way) and the show car destined to make its way to the Lamborghini museum in Italy; the Veneno will be an extremely rare sight to behold.
