Heavily-clad prototype gives away few clues about the new C-Class’ exterior design.
The new 2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class, which is due to be revealed at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, has been caught on camera quite a few times on public roads. This time though the car has been spotted testing on the famous Nurburgring racetrack in Germany.
Prototype of this all new generation model (wearing a heavy camouflage), was seen making the rounds of the gruelling 14-mile long racetrack. Although the heavy camouflage disguises the details, the profile does suggest that the new 2014 C-Class will adopt Mercedes’ new design language and will take plenty of inspiration from its aggressively styled bigger sibling, the CLS.

The big news surrounding the all-new 2014 C-Class is that it will be offered with a hybrid option for the first time alongside the usual line-up of petrol and diesel engines. The car will be on sale in somewhere around the year 2014 and will be available in a host of body styles including coupe, convertible and an estate version.
