All-new Chevrolet Prisma sedan teased

The new entry-level sedan based on Onix concept will be showcased in Brazil on February 26, 2013.
General Motors have released the first teaser image of the Chevolet Prisma sedan, which is an entry-level sedan based on the Onix concept that was first seen at the 2012 International Auto Show of Sao Paulo.
The model that is meant primarily, for emerging markets will be exclusively showcased later this month in the Brazilian market and will get the Onix running gear. It will be powered by a 1.4-litre flex fuel engine that produces 110PS of max power. The engine will come mated to a 5-Speed manual gearbox as standard, while a 6-Speed automatic trany will be offered as an option.

Furthermore, the LTZ variant of the Prisma sedan that was caught on test recently in Brazil is understood to come equipped with features such as ABS, airbags, alloy wheels and the Chevy MyLink multimedia infotainment system.

The 2013 Chevrolet Prisma will be built at General Motors' complex in Gravata (State of Rio Grande do Sul) and is scheduled to go on sale in Brazil on June 27, 2013.
