Go Bharat Benz! Congratulations. Unfortunately while these trucks will be no doubt nicer for the truck driver, the sad fact remains that he will be constantly disadvantaged by the fact that Indian commercial vehicle drivers too, do not know how to change gears correctly. Listen carefully on your next Volvo bus journey if this interests you, the engines are usually rumbling and even vibrating, rather than singing their Swedish number on key. I finally heard one driven correctly on a trip from Goa to Mumbai, after eight years of using this travel option. It's not the drivers' fault, it's the license system again. Yawn.
