The Traveller 26 is the world’s largest monocoque bus.
Force Motors has revealed the Traveller 26, a bus that might change the stereotypical image of people carriers, all thanks to its monocoque structure and disc brakes all around.
Powered by a Daimler derived 2.2-litre common rail diesel engine that produces a maximum power of 129PS and max torque of 295Nm. The engine gets a dual mass flywheel on one end, which takes care of vibrations and a 5-speed gearbox via a specially lined clutch on the other.

Force claims the Traveller 26 to be 15% more efficient than the competition but real world figures aren't out yet. As for seating, like the name suggests, it can seat 26 and will be available at Rs 10,87,600 ex-showroom Delhi.
While this might not go head to head with Ford Transits and VW Caddy vans on race-tracks but it sure will make traveling in a mini-bus a much better and safer experience.
