Mahindra XUV500 bookings open tomorrow, SUV unveiled in Indore

In the last eight months since launch, the bookings for the XUV500 have been open for little over 2 weeks and that to only in selected 19 cities in India. Mahindra was still unable to cope with the demand and had to opt for lottery system to allot cars in February. However, things are now looking a lot better for those who are planning to buy this Mahindra’s flagship SUV.

Mahindra has upped the production of the XUV500 to 4,000 units a month from the initial 2,500 units; and will now open booking across India through its 100 dealers from tomorrow, June 8. On these lines, Mahindra unveiled the XUV500 in Indore yesterday with ex-showroom price of Rs 11.83 lakh and mulls for similar events in Patna and Jaipur soon.
