The M-Plus service camp will run through February 18-24, 2013 across company dealerships.
In continuation with the previous year's customer-centric initiative, Mahindra & Mahindra have announced a free mega service camp called M-Plus for their customers. The mega service camp will be kept active from February 18, 2013 to February 24, 2013, across all dealerships in all state capitals and large cities in India.
Customers can avail of an exhaustive 75-point check on each vehicle, completely free of cost. As a part of this process, trained technicians will check important parameters like engine operations, air conditioning, suspension, battery, electrical components, and undercarriage of the vehicle, amongst others. In addition, Mahindra customers have a good opportunity to win exciting prizes.
Mahindra car owners can avail the offer by either simply driving down to their nearest dealership or can register their appointment on this toll-free help line, in advance: 1800-209-6006.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Sanjoy Gupta, vice president, Customer Care, Automotive Sector, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd said “The M-Plus service camp is our way of thanking our loyal customers who give us an opportunity to understand their requirements and helps us connect with them better. Today, we are delighted to see that Mahindra & Mahindra has a loyal fan-following across all categories starting from UVs, SUVs, MPVs to sedans and initiatives like these re-affirm our commitment to our customers who form the bedrock of this success.”
