The roofless wonder will be showcased at the upcoming 2012 Geneva Motor Show.

After being rumored for what seemed like eternity, Land Rover has finally pulled the wraps off its latest development in concept form, the Range Rover Evoque convertible, ahead of its official public debut at the upcoming 2012 Geneva Motor Show.

The world's first premium convertible SUV will visit few international auto shows this year to gauge public reaction, before the top bosses can give the green light for the production model.
The Evoque convertible is based on the three-door variant and features powered soft-top roof with a glass rear screen that tucks away neatly under a plastic cover located behind the rear seats. Due to the lack of a sold roof, the convertible Evoque weighs around 75kg more than its hardtop version. The same engine units that supply juice to the standard models will power the premium convertible SUV.

The all-new radical Evoque Convertible concept has created a new and exciting twist to the Evoque's story and we hope that the bad boy gets to see the light of day in the near futuure.
