Speed Car Wash to make its debut in South India

After making its debut in North India, Speed Car Wash has now forayed into the South Indian market with the opening of new outlets in Tirupur, the first in Tamil Nadu, Bangalore and Mysore. The company aims to open 25 new outlet in the South in the next two years. 

The car wash company that features Italian technology entered the Indian market just 18 months back and have already established 17 outlets in the North. The company is currently in talks with petrol pumps and big malls to open car wash outlets. 

Speed Car Wash states that the washing process would take up to 20 minutes per car with rates ranging from Rs 250 to Rs 1,500, depending upon the car model.

"With 35 million cars on the road and growing at the rate of 10 per cent, the demand for a professional and reliable cleaning service is higher than ever and only going to increase further." Mr Pushpinder Singh, country head, business development, Speed Car Was said in a statement. 

Mr Singh said it is an unique mechanised car cleaning concept where cars get 'pampered' with the latest equipment, including high pressure cleaning machines, spray extraction machines, high powered vacuum cleaners and steam cleaners. It reduces water consumption by up to 60 per cent, which makes it eco-friendly as well, Mr Singh added. 

The company also planns to start mobile car washing units across the country at the earliest.
