Sporty-looking Toyota Etios TRD Sportivo Limited Edition launched

After launching the limited edition version of the Etios Liva hatchback, Toyota has given the Etios sedan a similar treatment. Called the Etios TRD Sportivo, the limited edition model has been designed by Toyota Racing Development and will be sold in limited numbers.

The Etios TRD Sportivo can be had in both petrol and diesel versions as underneath, the mechanicals remain unchanged and the car doesn’t boast of any drive-train improvements over the standard Etios sedan. What the Sportivo Limited Edition gets are a few visual enhancements to make to make it look sportier and aggressive than the standard Etios. 

The new model makes itself stand out from the crowd thanks to the new front bumper spoiler, aerodynamic side skirt and rear bumper. The specially designed 15 inch alloy wheels are given a gun-metal finish, while the Limited Edition "TRD Sportivo" chrome badge has been affixed on the boot lid. On the inside, there is a new seat fabric with the "TRD Sportivo" logo and silver shift knob.

The limited edition Etios TRD Sportivo is available in two exclusive colour shades – Symphony silver and white and comes with an ex-showroom price tag of Rs 6.25 lakh for the petrol model while the diesel model costs Rs 7.31 lakh.
