The 2013 Fiesta sedan is getting a new face, new engine options and subtly revised interiors.
Ford Fiesta sedan, which has been in the global market since the 2008, excluding the U.S, where its was launched only in 2010 has undergone a mid-cycle refresh for the model year 2013. And, spy photographers based in Germany have already managed to snag couple of shots of the new model, when Ford got the Fiesta out for a spin around the Nurburgring.

Ford has kept the front and rear of the Fiesta sedan heavily camaflouged, making it hard to make out the changes done, but at the same time it clearly indicates where we can expect the most updates. From the images, we can be certain there will be a new hood and a new front and rear bumper. LED running lights will also be incorporated into the headlights as well. The trunk lid seems to be slightly revised as well. Also, some subtle interior design tweaks are expected in the new model.

The new shape of the engine hood has been made to slot in the new 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder EcoBoost engine that delivers 85PS of max power - an engine first shown in the small Ford B-Max MPV.

The 2013 Ford Fiesta sedan is most likely to make its debut at the forthcoming 2012 Paris Motor Show and is expected to launch by the end of 2012 in the European market. We expect the facelifted Fiesta sedan to make its way on the Indian shores in late 2013.
