With its hot hatches and the stress on performance over fuel economy with each of its vehicles, Fiat has always managed to entice the auto enthusiasts. The ideology won’t change even with the introduction of the Fiat-controlled Jeep brand either! By mid-2013, Fiat India plans to bring in the hardcore Jeep Wrangler that should make the off-road community happy.

The Jeep Wrangler is one of the best-known premium off-road SUVs. The Wrangler has the classic styling that even a layman will associate only with the word ‘Jeep’. With the large wheels clad with knobby tyres, big and rakish wheel arches and a humongously large ground clearance, the Wrangler is sure to turn heads on the road and off it as well. Under the sporty bodywork will be a sort 4x4 system mated to a 2.8-litre diesel engine that puts out over 200 PS of power and 410 Nm of torque! Expect the pricing to be in the range of Rs 25 to 45 lakh.
