GOOD POINTS:
we had bought ritz zxi last year over i20 (didnt chose coz of bad rear seats- kind of rickshaws) and swift (didnt chose coz of cramped rear seats) because of unique gear knob positioning (which u get only in honda crv) due to which driver's hand doesn't disturb the side passanger while shifting gears and its suv-like height due to which getting on and off the seat is very easy for people of any height esp tall people. Doors open completely at about 160 degree. The seats are very comfortable (esp compared to i20 which is very upright as rickshaw). Its engine is extremely silent; in idle speed, you dont even know that the engine is running.(sometimes we cranked it twice!!!!!!!). Speakers' location which is in the bottom of the doors gives you sweet sound and more bass..!!! (compared to i20's "in your face" location of speakers).

BAD POINTS: NONE!!!
