Renault Fluence facelift

The Fluence hasn’t managed to replicate the success of some of the new entrants in the executive sedan space – like the Chevrolet Cruze or the Hyundai Elantra. It is a great car nevertheless and by far the only one that can give the Corolla a run for its money when it comes to rear seat comfort. Did we mention that it is also one of the most premium looking cars in this segment?

Come 2013 and the Fluence’s elegance could go for a toss. A facelift of the Fluence was recently revealed in its home market – Turkey. The Fluence facelift is expected to hit the Indian shores too – as early as mid-2103 is what our sources tell us. The facelift model presents a new face that claims to lie in line with Renault’s new design philosophy seen on the Zoe concept. However, the large air-dams and the tiny grille look like an imbalanced fascia to us, especially when compared to the contemporary design of the current Fluence.

Expect the Fluence facelift to replace the current model between May to August 2013.
