Tata Manza CS

The sub-four-meter sedan segment may have been glorified by the Suzuki Swift Dzire and the Honda Amaze, but the car that gave birth to this segment was the Indigo CS. Looks like Tata is planning to give a similar treatment to the more premium Indigo Manza as well as speculation are rife about the development of the Manza CS. If the reports are true, Tata could be looking at bringing the value-for-money factor to the sub-four-meter sedan segment with a feature-loaded Manza that dons a shorter boot.

The Manza in itself has become pricier with the launch of the new Club Class line-up - but that could also mean that it has opened up a gap between itself and the regular Indigo to accommodate the Manza CS in between. With Mahindra planning something similar with the Verito, the Manza CS could indeed be on its way in 2013/14. If the idea does make it to production, expect the Manza CS to be priced between Rs 5 to 7 lakh.
