Nissan’s Duster-based compact SUV, the Terrano continues to make it into the news before its big unveiling on August 20, 2013 i.e. tomorrow. The model has been spotted completely undisguised at one of Nissan’s stock yard.
Now that the design of the Terrano has been uncovered, it can be said that Nissan has done a pretty impressive job of rejuvenating the Duster’s old-school design. The modern looking front-end is all-new with redesigned bumper, new honeycomb grille and a sharp looking pair of headlamps.
The rear also gets the same angular looking treatment with a completely redesigned tailgate and taillights besides the rear bumper. Unlike the all-new exteriors, the Terrano will make use of the same power-train as the Duster. The SUV will be powered by the same 1.5-litre diesel engine from the Duster. Like Renault, Nissan too will offer the Terrano in two states of tunes 85PS and 110PS.
