Therefore we often see various car brands come up with new service initiatives to add more value to their luxury wares. In a similar bid, Mercedes Benz has introduced a host of new service and aftersales programs in India.
Dubbed as the ‘My Mercedes’ package, the following are the features that Mercedes Benz highlights:
- Convenient online service booking which can be done through smartphones + QR codes as well
- Commencement of the National Remote Diagnostic Centre (NRDC), which lets MB factory-technicians in Pune remotely access the car’s diagnostics unit and also enables them to provide remote assistance to the MB mechanics at brand’s authorized service centres.
- Under the service, 3 years vehicle warranty with roadside assistance is standard and an additional fourth year extension is made available from as low as Rs 3,500.
- Mercedes Benz B-class models commissioned as the support vehicles for the roadside assistance crew.
