All of those who have purchased a new vehicle know the feeling of waiting until the registration book gets delivered. Now, however, the Gujarat government is going to introduce a software that will allow you to track the progress of their vehicle registration application over the internet. This is will be similar to the way one can track the passport dispatch once it has been issued. It has been prepared by the National Informatics Centre and is being tested in the state road commissioner's office in Gandhinagar. The software will be implemented in four cities first: Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat and Rajkot.
