Before the Duster starts to look old and dated, Renault has decided to give it a facelift. The new Duster will be showcased at the upcoming Frankfurt Motor Show. It now looks more rugged than before. It comes with an updated front, which includes a redesigned grille, a new air intake and updated headlamps with daytime running lights. The overall shape remains the same but the new 16-inch Dark Metal alloy wheels look good. The rear gets new tail-lamps and a good amount of chrome too.
Mechanically it remains unchanged and all the emphasis has been on the design part only. Renault has given the Duster (in Dacia form) a mid-life update to keep it look good, even as it gets old. Although this facelift is for the left hand drive markets, Indian Auto Expo is just round the corner and we hope Renault India has plans to update the Duster here too!
