GM India introduced Chevrolet Enjoy in Indian market at that point when the automobile market was in chaos and under immense pressures. Inclusion of black finish on B and C pillars provides a new stylish appeal to the side profiles. However, the front facet remains completely unchanged. Base and mid range trims gets steel rims whereas top variants gets alloy wheels. The added attraction of Chevrolet Enjoy is that it gets a roof rail which depends on the variant. Talking about the exterior dimensions, the overall length, width and length measures 4305mm, 1680mm and 1750mm respectively.
The interior has received many updates in terms of upholstery that comes along with few metallic accents. The top trim features leather upholstery whereas the base and mid range variants come with fabric upholstery. The cabin design remains the same as that of previous version but comes with dual color scheme that provides an elegant appearance to it. The steering wheel comes with a new design that is decorated with gold plated company logo which looks quite attractive. All the three rows provide adequate leg-room, head-room and shoulder space for the passenger that enhances the level of comfort especially during long journeys. The central console comes with AC vents that are marked by faux wood inserts and features an integrated music system for MP3 and FM radio. The front seats are ergonomically designed with height adjustability according to the requirement. Moreover, the rear seats are 60:40 split foldable that assists to bring in more space for the luggage.
Talking about the engine specs, Chevrolet Enjoy is powered by both petrol and diesel engines. The Petrol variant is powered by a 1.4 litre petrol engine that is capable of delivery 100PS of maximum power and 131Nm of peak torque. The diesel variant gets a 1.3 litre diesel engine that churns out maximum power of 74.8PS and peak torque of 172.5Nm. The transmission duties are carried out by 5-speed manual gearbox.
Chevrolet Enjoy competes with Maruti Ertiga, Honda Mobilio, Renault Lodgy, Datsun Go Plus and Toyota Innova in Indian market.
